Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited ("The Company") is pleased to submit herewith the consolidated and company financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2010. The operating results compared to the year ended June 30, 2009 are as follow: The operating performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended June 30, 2010 has shown the net profit of 49.63 Million Baht compared to the 21.69 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2009 or increased by 128.78%. Details are as follow: Revenue For the total revenues of the year ended June 30, 2010 were 310.37 Million Baht that were generated from six main business which were TV business for 262.45 Million Baht, Publishing business 6.37 Million Baht, Animation business 1.61 Million Baht, Movie business 12.82 Million Baht, Concerts & Plays business 2.69 Million Baht, Event Marketing business 13.36 Million Baht, and Other revenues 11.07 Million Baht. The total revenues increased by 14.06% compared to the 272.10 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2009. Details are as follow: 1) Television Business The revenue was 262.45 Million Baht which was increased 37.49 Million Baht compared to 224.96 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2009 or increased by 16.67%. The main reason was the increasing of total broadcasting time from 167 hours in year ended June 30, 2009 to 212 hours in year ended June 30, 2010. 2) Publishing Business The publishing business had the revenue of 6.37 Million Baht which was increased 1.85 Million Baht compared to 4.52 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2009. The increasing of revenue mainly was the result of an increase in pocket book sold. 3) Animation Business The animation business had the revenue of 1.61 Million Baht which was increased 0.64 Million Baht compared to 0.97 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2009. 4) Movie Business The movie business had the revenue of 12.82 Million Baht which was increased to compared of the year ended June 30, 2009. The increasing of revenue mainly was resulted from the rising of movie production. 5) Concerts & Plays Business The Concerts & Plays business had the revenue of 2.69 Million Baht which was decreased by 78.66% from 12.62 Million Baht in the year ended June 30, 2009. 6) Event Marketing Business The revenue was 13.36 Million Baht which was decreased by 38.87% from 21.85 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2009. Cost of Production 1) Television Business For the year ended June 30, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 143.69 Million Baht which was increased 5.45 Million Baht from 138.24 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2009. 2) Publishing Business For the year ended June 30, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 2.33 Million Baht which was decreased 0.28 Million Baht from 2.61 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2009 which were the same direction as revenue. 3) Animation Business For the year ended June 30, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 2.54 Million Baht which was decreased 0.69 Million Baht from 3.22 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2009. 4) Movie Business For the year ended June 30, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 5.63 Million Baht. 5) Concerts & Plays Business For the year ended June 30, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 3.73 Million Baht which was decreased 5.73 Million Baht from 9.46 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2009. 6) Event Marketing Business For the year ended June 30, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 7.91 Million Baht which was decreased 9.13 Million Baht from 17.04 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2009 which were the same direction as revenue. Selling and Administration Expenses For the year ended June 30, 2010, the company had total selling and administration expenses for the total amount of 76.77 Million Baht which increased by 15.60% from 66.41 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2009.
