Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited ("The Company") is pleased to submit herewith the consolidated and company financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2010. The operating results compared to the year ended March 31, 2009 are as follow: The operating performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended March 31, 2010 has shown the net profit of 28.55 Million Baht compared to the 9.98 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2009 or increased by 186.00%. Details are as follow: Revenue For the total revenues of the year ended March 31, 2010 were 267.83 Million Baht that were generated from five main business which were TV business for 225.03 Million Baht, Publishing business 6.13 Million Baht, Animation business 1.13 Million Baht, Concerts & Plays business 6.04 Million Baht, Event Marketing business 14.88 Million Baht, and Other revenues 14.63 Million Baht. The total revenues increased by 33.48% compared to the 200.66 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2009. Details are as follow: 1) Television Business The revenue was 225.03 Million Baht which was increased 56.43 Million Baht compared to 168.60 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2009 or increased by 33.47%. The main reason was the increasing of total broadcasting time from 152 hours in year ended March 31, 2009 to 186 hours in year ended March 31, 2010. 2) Publishing Business The publishing business had the revenue of 6.13 Million Baht which was increased 3.22 Million Baht compared to 2.91 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2009 or increased by 110.37. The increasing of revenue mainly was resulted from the policy to expand on publishing and sell of the pocket books. 3) Animation Business The animation business had the revenue of 1.13 Million Baht which was decreased 2.55 Million Baht compared to 3.68 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2009. 4) Concerts & Plays Business The Concerts & Plays business had the revenue of 6.04 Million Baht. The revenue had recognized from Kita love song by Nok Chalieng ,Samui Sea & Music and The Legend of Rekhaifun. These projects were very successful. 5) Event Marketing Business The revenue was 14.88 Million Baht which was increased by 57.38% from 9.45 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2009. Cost of Production 1) Television Business For the year ended March 31, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 129.94 Million Baht which was increased 12.44 Million Baht from 117.50 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2009 which were the same direction as revenue. 2) Publishing Business For the year ended March 31, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 2.94 Million Baht which was increased 1.85 Million Baht from 1.08 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2009 which were the same direction as revenue. 3) Animation Business For the year ended March 31, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 1.20 Million Baht which was decreased 0.95 Million Baht from 2.15 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2009. 4) Concerts & Plays Business For the year ended March 31, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 4.88 Million Baht. 5) Event Marketing Business For the year ended March 31, 2010, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 13.79 Million Baht which was increased 8.07 Million Baht from 5.72 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2009 which were the same direction as revenue. Selling and Administration Expenses For the year ended March 31, 2010, the company had total selling and administration expenses for the total amount of 72.96 Million Baht which increased by 26.24% from 57.79 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2009.
