Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited ("The Company") is pleased to submit herewith the consolidated and company financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2009. The operating results compared to the year ended June 30, 2008 are as follow: The operating performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended June 30, 2009 has shown the net profit of 21.69 Million Baht compared to the 60.04 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2008 or decreased by 63.87%. Details are as follow: Revenue For the total revenues of the year ended June 30, 2009 were 272.10 Million Baht that were generated from five main business which were TV business for 224.96 Million Baht, Publishing business 4.52 Million Baht, Animation business 0.97 Million Baht, Concerts & Plays business 12.62 Million Baht, Event Marketing business 21.85 Million Baht, and Other revenues 7.18 Million Baht. The total revenues decreased by 18.43% compared to the 333.56 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2008. Details are as follow: 1) Television Business The revenue was 224.96 Million Baht which was decreased by 91.53 Million Baht compared to 316.49 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2008 or decreased by 28.92%. The main reason was the decreasing of total broadcasting time from 254 hours in year ended June 30, 2008 to 167 hours in year ended June 30, 2009. 2) Publishing Business The publishing business had the revenue of 4.52 Million Baht which was decreased by 47.56% from 8.62 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2008. The decreasing of revenue mainly was resulted from economic slowdown (Publishing industry decreased by 28.70%) 3) Animation Business The revenue was 0.97 Million Baht which was decreased by 46.70% from 1.82 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2008. 4) Concerts & Plays Business The company has recognized the revenue from the concert: "Mum on stage" which was 12.62 Million Baht. This project was very successful. 5) Event Marketing Business The revenue was 21.85 Million Baht which was increased by 2,893.15% from 0.73 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2008. Cost of Production 1) Television Business For the year ended June 30, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 138.24 Million Baht which was decreased by 18.80% from 170.24 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2008. 2) Publishing Business For the year ended June 30, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 2.61 Million Baht which was decreased by 36.80% from 4.13 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2008 which were the same direction as revenue. 3) Animation Business For the year ended June 30, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 3.22 Million Baht which was increased from 1.81 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2008. 4) Concerts & Plays Business For the year ended June 30, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 9.46 Million Baht 5) Event Marketing Business For the year ended June 30, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 17.04 Million Baht which was increased from 0.31 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2008. which were the same direction as revenue. Selling and Administration Expenses For the year ended June 30, 2009, the company had total selling and administration expenses for the total amount of 66.41 Million Baht which decreased by 2.18% from 67.89 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2008.
