Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited ("The Company") is pleased to submit herewith the consolidated and company financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2009. The operating results compared to the year ended March 31, 2008 are as follow: The operating performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended March 31, 2009 has shown the net profit of 9.98 Million Baht compared to the 33.35 Million Baht of the year ended March 31 2008 or decreased by 70.07%. Details are as follow: Revenue For the total revenues of the year ended March 31, 2009 were 200.66 Million Baht that were generated from four main business which were TV business for 168.60 Million Baht, Publishing business 2.91 Million Baht, Animation business 3.68 Million Baht, Event business 9.45 Million Baht, and Other revenues 16.01 Million Baht. The total revenues decreased by 33.12% compared to the 300.03 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2008. Details are as follow: 1) Television Business The revenue was 168.60 Million Baht which was decreased by 86.05 Million Baht compared to 254.65 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2008 or decreased by 33.79%. The main reason was the decreasing of total broadcasting time from 250 hours in year ended March 31, 2008 to 152 hours in year ended March 31, 2009. 2) Publishing Business The publishing business had the revenue of 2.91 Million Baht which was decreased by 64.64% from 8.23 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2008. The decreasing of revenue mainly was resulted from economic slowdown (Publishing industry decreased by 14.20%) 3) Animation Business The animation business has been operated under Ittirit House Company Limited. The revenue was 3.68 Million Baht which was increased by 28.22% from 2.87 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2008. The increasing of revenue mainly was resulted from more recognized revenue on project which is still ongoing. 4) Event Marketing Business The event business has been operated under Sixnature incorporation Company Limited. The revenue was 9.45 Million Baht which was increased by 565.49% from 1.42 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2008. The increasing of revenue mainly was resulted from the event marketing. Cost of Production 1. Television Business For the year ended March 31, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 117.50 Million Baht which decreased by 18.35% from 143.91 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2008. 2. Publishing Business For the year ended March 31, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 1.08 Million Baht which decreased by 72.93% from 3.99 Million Baht in year ended March 31,2008 which were the same direction as revenue. 3. Animation Business For the year ended March 31, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 2.15 Million Baht which increased by 3.37% from 2.08 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2008. 4) Event Business For the year ended March 31, 2009, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 5.72 Million Baht which increased by 1,445.95% from 0.37 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2008. which were the same direction as revenue. Selling and Administration Expenses For the year ended March 31, 2009, the company had total selling and administration expenses for the total amount of 57.79 Million Baht which decreased by 32.19%. The selling and administration expenses portion to the total revenue was 28.90% compared to the last year portion of 28.40%. Please be informed accordingly.
