Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited ("The Company") is pleased to submit herewith the consolidated and company financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2008. The operating results compared to the year ended June 30, 2007 are as follow: The operating performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended June 30, 2008 has shown the net profit of 60.04 Million Baht compared to the 80.07 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2007 or decreased by 25.02% . Details are as follow: Revenue For the total revenues of the year ended June 30, 2008 were 333.25 Million Baht that were generated from four main business which were TV business for 316.49 Million Baht, Publishing business 8.62 Million Baht, Animation business 1.82 Million Baht, Movie business 0.16 Million Baht, and other revenues 6.16 Million Baht. The total revenues decreased by 11.28% compared to the 375.62 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2007. Detail are as follow: 1) Television Business The company broadcasting time was decreased by 37 hours compared to the year ended June 30, 2007. The revenue was 316.49 Million Baht which was decreased by 10.88 Million Baht compared to the 327.37 Million Baht of the year ended June 30, 2007 or decreased by 3.32%. 2) Publishing Business The publishing business had the revenue of 8.62 Million Baht which was increased by 31.46% from 6.56 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2007. The increasing of revenue mainly was resulted from the policy to expand on publishing and sell of the pocket books and revenue from Book Fair 3) Animation Business The animation business has been operated under Ittirit House Company Limited. The revenue was 1.82 Million Baht which was increased by 41.52% from 1.29 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2007. 4) Movie Business The company has recognized the revenue from the movie: "Mum-Deaw" which was 0.16 Million Baht of which was accrued revenue from last Quarter. Cost of Production 1. Television Business For the year ended June 30, 2008, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 170.23 Million Baht which increased by8.06% from 157.53 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2007 . 2. Publishing Business For the year ended June 30, 2008, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 4.13 Million Baht which increased by 24.38% from 3.32 Million Baht in year ended June 30,2007 which were the same direction as revenue. 3. Animation Business For the year ended June 30, 2008, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 1.81 Million Baht which decreased by 1.42% from 1.84 Million Baht in year ended June 30, 2007 Selling and Administration Expenses For the year ended June 30, 2008, the company had total selling and administration expenses for the total amount of 67.89 Million Baht which decreased by 10.28%. The selling and administration expenses portion to the total revenue was 20.37% compared to the last year portion of 20.26%. Please be informed accordingly.
