Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited ("The Company") is pleased to submit herewith the consolidated and company financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2008. The operating results compared to the year ended March 31, 2007 are as follow: The operating performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended March 31, 2008 has shown the net profit of 33.35 Million Baht compared to the 45.63 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2007. Details are as follow: Revenue For the total revenues of the year ended March 31, 2008 were 299.66 Million Baht that were generated from five main business which were TV business for 254.65 Million Baht, Publishing business 8.23 Million Baht, Animation business 2.87 Million Baht, Movie business 25.35 Million Baht, and other revenues 8.55 Million Baht. The total revenues decreased by 1.24% compared to the 303.43 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2007. Detail are as follow: 1) Television Business The company broadcasting time was decreased by 47 hours compared to the year ended March 31, 2007, due to the decreased number of programs and the cancellation of broadcasting times for the royal funeral ceremony. The revenue was 254.65 Million Baht which was decreased by 30.70 Million Baht compared to the 285.35 Million Baht of the year ended March 31, 2007 or decreased by 10.76%. 2) Publishing Business The publishing business had the revenue of 8.23 Million Baht which was increased by 157.62% from 3.20 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2007. The increasing of revenue mainly was resulted from the policy to expand on publishing and sell of the pocket books. 3) Animation Business The animation business has been operated under Ittirit House Company Limited. The revenue was 2.87 Million Baht which was decreased by 25.32% from 3.84 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2007. 4) Movie Business The company has recognized the revenue from the movie: "Mum-Deaw" which was 25.35 Million Baht of which was seen in the theater during January 10,2008 to February 10, 2008 Cost of Production 1. Television Business For the year ended March 31, 2008, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 143.91 Million Baht which decreased by 9.80% from 159.54 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2007 which were the same direction as revenue. 2. Publishing Business For the year ended March 31, 2008, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 3.99 Million Baht which increased by 142.24% from 1.65 Million Baht in year ended March 31,2007 which were the same direction as revenue. 3. Animation Business For the year ended March 31, 2008, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 2.08 Million Baht which decreased by 58.16% from 4.98 Million Baht in year ended March 31, 2007 4. Movie Business For the year ended March 31, 2008, the company was also realized the cost of movie production movie for the total amount of 14.72 Million Baht. Selling and Administration Expenses For the year ended March 31, 2008, the company had total selling and administration expenses for the total amount of 85.22 Million Baht which increased by 17.25%. The selling and administration expenses portion to the total revenue was 28.92% compared to the last year portion of 23.95%. Please be informed accordingly.
