Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited ("The Company") is pleased to submit herewith the consolidated and company financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007. The operating results compared to the year ended December 31, 2006 are as follow: The operating performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2007 has showed the net profit of 249.52 Million Baht when compared to the 304.88 Million Baht of the year ended December 31, 2006 . The main reasons of such decrease are as follow: Revenue For the total revenues of the year ended December 31, 2007 were 1,347.45 Million Baht that were generated from five main business which were TV business for 1,201.23 Million Baht, Publishing business 20.79 Million Baht, Animation business 9.75 Million Baht, Movie business 55.98 Million Baht, Concert and Stage Performance 32.52 and other revenues 27.18 Million Baht, increased by 1.49% when compared to the 1,327.63 Million Baht of the year ended December 31, 2006. The main reasons of such increased are as follow: 1) Television Business the company broadcasting time was increased by 64 hours when compared to 1,088 hours of the year ended December 31, 2006.The unpleasant economic situation that impacted the advertising industry. The revenue was 1,201.23 Million Baht which was slightly increased by 16.67 Million Baht when compared to the 1,184.56 Million Baht of the year ended December 31, 2006 or increased by 1.41%. 2) Publishing Business The publishing business has been operated under Workpoint Publishing Company Limited. The revenue was 20.79 Million Baht which was decreased by 40.14% from 34.73 Million Baht in year ended December 31, 2006. The decreasing of revenue mainly was resulted from one of magazines being cancelled. 3) Animation Business The animation business has been operated under Ittirit House Company Limited. The revenue was 9.75 Million Baht which was decreased by 57.73% from 23.07 Million Baht in year ended December 31, 2006. The decreasing of revenue mainly was resulted from the movie's owner who employed the company putting the investment of the movie and hold. 4) Movie Business The company has recognized the revenue from the movie: "Teng nong kon ma ha heer" which was 55.98 Million Baht 5) Concert and Stage Performance Business The company has expanded its business into Concert and Stage Performance business under Compordee Company Limited and Tohglom Television Company Limited respectively. The first live concert was "Peng Lang Lim Fang Khong" and the first stage performance project was "Chai Kang". Those two project were very successful and were generated the revenue in total of 32.52 Million Baht. Cost of Production 1. Television Business For the year ended December 31, 2007, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 599.96 Million Baht which increased by 8.82% from 551.31 Million Baht in year ended December 31, 2006 which were the same direction as revenue. 2. Publishing Business For the year ended December 31, 2007, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 9.12 Million Baht which decreased by 47.40% from 17.34 Million Baht in year ended December 31,2006 which were the same direction as revenue. 3. Animation Business For the year ended December 31, 2007, the company had cost of production for the total amount of 9.64 Million Baht which decreased by 11.15% from 10.85 Million Baht in year ended December 31, 2006 which were the same direction as revenue. 4. Movie Business For the year ended December 31, 2007, the company was also realized the cost of production prior to the recognition of the revenues for the total amount of 25.95 Million Baht. 5. Concert and Stage Performance Business For the year ended December 31, 2007, the cost of Concert and Stage performance business was 22.29 Million Baht. 6. Selling and Administration Expenses For the year ended December 31, 2007, the company had total selling and administration expenses for the total amount of 320.86 Million Baht which increased by 8.72%. The selling and administration expenses portion to the total revenue was at 23.81% which was closely in line to the last year portion which was 22.22%.
