As Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited (the Company) had sold ordinary shares during September 20-22, 2004, received total capital increase fund (net after expenses) of Baht 563 millions with the use objectives as specified in the prospectus of the company. Presently, we have been spending in the amount of 488.17 million baht which were increased from additional land purchasing; extend the office area and constructions of the office related companies.
