Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited (the "Company") had sold ordinary shares during September 20-22, 2004 , which had received total capital increase fund (net after expenses) in the amount of Baht 563.0 million. Our objectives of using the fund are specified in the prospectus of the company. As of June 30,2005, we would like to report the use of capital increase fund as following : 1. Investing in new studios and office of the company of Baht 48.6 million and amount of Baht 251.4 million will be used within midyear 2006. 2.
